Alrighty, so my dream last night was insanely long, well either that or a whole bunch of dreams connected to each other. I'll try not to make this too long like my first dream entry so I'll just write out all the major points.
In my dream I was with a big group of all my relatives, mostly from my mom's side. We were all gathered because there was something on the TV everyone wanted to watch. It wasn't anything I was interested in though. I remember playing with my cousins and their friends (no one I knew, I think they were just made up dream people). Then in some other part of this dream I was trying to collect a bunch of strange little pets, like lizards and bugs. When I was trying to find a lizard I lost I found a really big tan one with black patterns going down it's spine. My grandma and great grandma were with me and when they tried to get close to it it's head swelled up real big like it was trying to intimidate them. Then it's head kept growing real big to shrinking down real small. I'm certain this part of my dream was influenced by this video I saw on youtube of this type of owl that could "shrink" down and puff up it's body to scare away enemies. There was also a huge beetle/centipede bug that kept trying to crawl towards me, as if it was chasing me.
Then for some reason we had to all leave and catch this boat outside (I guess we were near water?) I was the last one out of the house so when I got outside the boat was already leaving. I found out that the only way I could leave was if I went through some type of trial. I can't quite remember the things I was supposed to do but I had a written list of the things I had to complete, also I had someone there with me to help.
And yay, the famous shower dream! Whenever my dream involves anything with a shower it's usually similar to this: The floor is covered with dirty towels and clothes. The door for some reason can never close or lock all the way. This time though it had some strange other door in front of it. It was either a screen door or some strange plastic curtain. Every time I tried to get in the shower my cousins would burst in and so I never was quite able to take my shower.
And that's all for my dream last night. Hope you guys enjoyed it, and please comment if you read this 'cause I want to know if anyone's even paying attention to this, lol. |

So, my last two dreams were nowhere near as clear as my dream two days ago. The first one involved what I'm pretty sure was the gunslinger from Stephen King's Dark Tower series and a random young blonde haired boy. The two were talking to each other, well the boy was doing most of the talking. Can't quite recall what he was saying but it had something to do with some type of war or battle that took place in the past. Umm....other stuff happened but I'm gonna try to keep my dream journal family friendly. I remember randomly in between the gunslinger/boy scene I'd be in my bunk bed watching it happen...even though they weren't in the same room as me.
One thing I remember from my dream last night was the MARVEL superhero Shatterstar. I remember either thinking or someone telling me that he looked really lame when he was first drawn by Rob Liefeld who's rather...famous for his human anatomy and multiple pouches. What influenced this dream was a thread I visited the night before on /co/ where someone mentioned Shatterstar's earlier look, which was really silly.
Both were nowhere near as vivid as my earlier dream but I don't always get epic five part dreams. I'll make sure to eat more junk food before I go to sleep though, that usually helps. |

This will most likely not be in the right order but I shall try my best. First I will start with the strange Japanese couple. I am certain they were influenced by my sister telling me about a movie she watched the night before which involved a married Japanese couple in olden age Japan. It was a horror movie of course. Anyway, the couple in my dream had traditional hair, the guy with the topknot and the girl with the geisha looking hair, both wearing kimono. And to top it off they lived in an old age Japanese house. This would have been normal if they were living in the correct time period but in fact they were living in modern times. For a bit I think I was in the woman's mind. I remember them walking down the street and seeing a family playing with their children in their yard. The woman asked the man why they had to dress like they were from feudal Japan (this part I think was spoken in Japanese). I can't remember what the man said but they both decided to change their ways and become "modern." It started getting weird after that. I remember thinking to myself in the dream what the guy's topknot would look like when his hair was down. Then it focused on their backyard. This becomes a bit fuzzy to me. I think at one point in this dream the couple become Caucasian. There was a kind of separate part of the backyard, maybe a garden? It had wired fencing making a kind of path/maze. The man wanted/needed to get something or see something at the end of the path/maze, but I can't quite remember what. I think creepy Japanese-y things started happening in the maze/path but I can't quite remember exactly what. Halfway there his wife joined him but before they could reach the end some cars showed up at their house. They were about to head back to see who they were but it turned out they were just turning around. One of the guys in the car even apologized. I can't quite remember if they reached the end of the maze/path. Then someone came over. It was a relative though I'm not sure what the exact relation was. He was looking for an old man, who I think was also a relative. I think the old man appeared in the backyard before this part took place but I can't remember exactly what he was doing there, however I think he was in the path/maze. Anyway, the visiting relative was looking when for some reason he reached into this rather deep decorative pond and pulled out some type of stone mask. He held it face down so there was some water collected in the concave part. When we (I was either in the husband or wife's mind)asked him what he was doing he said something along the lines of he found the old man or asking us why we didn't know. Then we looked in the pond and saw that the old man was sitting at the bottom of the pond, his head being exactly where the mask was, as if he was wearing it while he was down there. He was dead of course, so I said we need to call the cops but the relative said we didn't need to. The way he said it made it seem like he thought we were responsible. There was another part to this dream but I'm not sure where it fits in. It had me in the backyard with a group of kids. I was really dirty and sweaty for some reason and the kids were making fun of me, saying I just had sex and other weird stuff. I think one of the girls had a lollipop.
Another dream I had last night was probably the most strange and disjointed. It involved going into strange types of trances and meeting some kind of entity while in the sleep-like trance. There were two types of trances, the "girl trance" and the "boy trance." The girl trance was generally safe, you just communicated with a type of entity. However, the boy trance could be dangerous. I can't quite recall what the risks were but there was some type of trial you had to overcome in the trance. I believe the entity in the dream gave the one in the trance some kind of task they had to finish and if they failed something bad would happen to them. I think the punishment might have been them being trapped in their sleep trance forever or at least a very long time. Girls that practiced this usually always undergo the "girl trance" (hence the name), however on rare occasions they would sometimes experience the "boy trance." While boys who participated in these trance would always enter the "boy trance". In the dream I remember being a part of this group of people who practiced these trances. The teachers of this group were middle aged women who had a kind of camp counselor feel to them. The students were around middle school and high school age. I think most of them were girls, for obvious reasons. These practices were being held at my grandma and grandpa's house which is right next door to my parent's house. (In many of my dreams events take place in real life settings). The group was split up into smaller, separate groups each with a "counselor." In each group one member would enter their sleep-trance while the others would watch. I think the counselor would talk to the one under the trance, trying to perhaps guide them? I was also a member of this group though I can't remember if I was actually my real self or just a made up dream person. I myself only remember experiencing one trance...it was underwater though I can't quite recall what the entity looked like. It was talking to me. Now that I think about it I can't even quite remember what the point of communicating with these entities was. Perhaps they granted us some kind of insight? The rest of the dream is really fuzzy to me, I can only really recall bits and pieces. There was a part where a troublemaker grew a potted tree in the room. He gave it something so it grew very fast...then there was a frog? We put it in a "critter cage" and brought it back to my parents house, I guess to keep. There were other things me and the troublemakers did in the group but that part of the dream is not quite clear. Also my parents were helping me learn how to better control myself during my trances. They also warned me about what to do if I ever had a boy trance. I think I actually did experience one but I'm not quite sure what happened, though there may have been a shark involved.
Then I had a couple more dreams, I'm not sure where the dreams started or where they ended, if they were separate or connected. One dream was centered around some big disaster that happened. I remember hanging off some piece of a building, trying to decide if I could jump from it to a more stable part. Also I saw two monsters, maybe more, that apparently started the disaster, the ones who did the damage to the buildings. The monsters were a bit like the one from "Clover Field" and the one at the end of the movie "The Mist".
Then there was a dream where I was a part of this big group of people. We were going on some type of trip, perhaps to a zoo? There were two bus ride scenes in this dream. The first one was ordinary at first but me and the passengers were noticing the driver was driving a bit...well...crappy. We were driving on an overpass when he swerved off of it and we crashed. I don't even really remember the crash, just what it felt like falling while in a bus (not fun). When we looked at the driver he was totally out of it. He was like a mix of tired and drunk. Then some police came and fired him from bus driving...but I think they actually gave his job back. The second bus drive was a lot more bizarre. I remember it being night and we were the only ones on the road going downhill. The strange thing was the bus had absolutely no roof, like it was a convertible bus. I looked over and saw a couple kids walking up the sidewalk, they were all gangster looking. I remember seeing them and getting a bad feeling. Then they shot the bus full of passengers and I remember just ducking...or something, anything to avoid getting shot. I think a few people got shot? Anyway people dieing is the theme of my next dream.
At least I think it's the next dream. It might actually be connected with the one I just wrote about but like I said before I can't remember if these dreams are connected or separate. This one I have a really hard time recalling. But the two important people were actually characters from a manga I've recently started reading, it's called Blue Exorcist. The characters were the brothers Rin and Yukio. Yukio was killed somehow...can't quite remember how he died though. He may have been one of the passengers of the convertible bus that got shot...or something entirely different. Rin was really upset, obviously, so he consulted an entity to find a way to bring his brother back to life. I think he actually summoned this entity by doing the whole 'boy trance' from my second dream. Sometimes my dreams actually refer to other dreams I've had in the past like bringing up previous events. Anyway the entity told Rin that it was possible for him to bring back his brother but it would be very risky for him. He had to look for him on some other plane of existence...perhaps to find his soul or something? I really can't remember the details of how he was supposed to do this. But there was a chance that he may not be able to find Yukio, that he might not even exist in the plane. There was also the chance that he would be stuck on the other side forever, never being able to return to the real world. But even though there were many risks he decided to go. When he said this he became transparent, then disappeared. I think there was more to this dream but I'll get a headache trying to remember so I'll just leave it like that. As far as I can recall I never found out if he found his brother or if he was able to return.
I know I wasn't able to get all the details of every dream, some I do remember but they didn't really fit into anything. Anyway this was a hell of a long night of dreaming. I'll try to keep my journal updated more with other dreams since lately I've been having some really crazy ones. This probably has to do with the fact of my horrible sleeping schedule and eating a lot of junk food...but them dreams sure are entertaining! |

It was the horror of this world that a thousand evils were visited on those who were blameless and no one was ever punished, and side by side with the greatest promise was nothing but misery and want. Children mutilated to make a choir of seraphim, their song a cry to heaven that heaven did not hear.

10 Reasons Why Gay Marriage is Wrong
01) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.
02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.
03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.
05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.
06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.
07) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.
08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.
09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.
10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans. |

I am in the GRCC library and extremely bored. But dear god the guy next to me reeks, I want to throw a bar of soap at him! I just finished Cry to Heaven by Anne Rice a couple of days ago and that book was AMAZING! I cannot put into words how much I loved it, just that it is my new favorite book! And now I'm reading The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold (wow, not another Stephen King book?) and it's a bit different than what I usually read. It's quite an easy read, compared to the stuff I'm used to anyway, but that doesn't make it any less interesting.
Man, I can't find anything else to do on the internet, I already harvested everything on farmville and pretty much spammed my facebook to oblivion. Jeez, I'm starting to think this whole group of people around me stink... |
