About me and my icons - taking requests

So... I've been lurking and reading for a while now, mostly Torchwood and Doctor Who fics. Figure it's time to give something back. And, well, I'm no writer, but I AM good with images. Ergo, an icon site. Please credit...

So far, I'm getting most of my screencaps from:
marishna (lots of fandoms, zipped collections)
Season 1,2 dvds, using VideoLAN

I take requests, especially from writers. See details under the cut.

If you want some custom icons for your fic, let me know. Turn around depends on how easy or hard the request is. Of course, if it interests me, your odds improve...  FTR, I rather like icons that are instantly recognizable as opposed to generic. They're probably of less general use, but fun for targeting fics of an episode.

Easy
1. You can give me a link to a good quality screencap.

Medium
1.  I have to find the screencap, but the quality is good when I find it.
2. You provide the screencap, but it needs some work. I can do a lot with dim and/or off color images. Shots that are out of focus are impossible.

Hard
1. Really dark images. Sometimes I can recover them, but it takes work. You can ask...
2. Manips - moving people around, adding stuff, etc. Text is not a problem.
