The R2 Cloud Storage WordPress plugin communicates with our server only for license-related operations:
- License activation: sends the license key, add-on slug, and site domain.
- License deactivation: sends the license key and site domain.
- Periodic license verification: sends the license key and site domain.
The plugin does not collect personal data from your WordPress site visitors. Media files are uploaded directly from your server to Cloudflare R2 — they never pass through our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and license records are kept for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and restricted access to personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
