Almost finished it, but burnt out. The concept is fun and the physics are are great idea, but I couldn't be bothered to set up more than 3 spawners because the placement system was too cumbersome for me. If movement was more freeform and rotation was more flexible, I probably would have persevered, but alas.

It's still a good little time and I enjoyed it for what it was. And the little bits of lore in the background were a nice incentive to look around.

+Combat is simple but good, reminds me of Nightmare of Decay

+Satisfying upgrade loop

+Character models are unique

~ Room randomization could use a tweak or two, particularly to prevent the same room being picked three times in a row (which happened to me twice)

~Rarely, but sometimes, lunkies would spawn in spots where they get stuck and can't attack

- Enemy variety could have been nice, perhaps a couple rare spawns of lunkies that are faster. or harder to see, etc, with greater teeth reward if you kill them? Just a thought

- Ending is kinda... bland. That includes the "secret" ending which is less of a reward and more of a "go do ARG stuff or just forget about it lol". (Boss fight is fun though)

- Lighting is WAY too dark, even with flashlight - maybe add a flashlight upgrade?

-Wouldn't hurt to have the ability to skip dialogue / cutscenes quickly for those who are trying to fill out the rest of the achievements

Overall a fun game, definitely what I consider your best one now. Has some quirks and small downsides, but I enjoyed my time with it.

Great work.

Nah, you're just entitled.

You keep saying he's "blatantly homophobic". That doesn't fit the actual things he said. It was an explanation why same-sex marriages wouldn't fit with his vision of the game i.e. medieval times marriage for the purpose of creating and raising an heir.

If you're gonna keep spouting that claim, maybe be more specific.

Or maybe someone decided to shriek in fury the moment the change was made before they could revert it.

But nah, in your little fantasy world, that screaming baby is the hero, huh?

I wouldn't worry about it anyway, considering this account has gone onto like 20 different project pages all to ask this exact same question for all of them. They seem to be hyperfixated on it.

The new mode by clicking the pills in the bathroom is pretty good. It randomizes a lot of things so it's generally tougher. The gameplay loop is the same, true, but makes for a great little timekiller when you feel in the mood for some roulette.

No. If I were to rate it, I'd say Teen, but that's just my guess.

Redownload it.

Check your library, or request itch to resend the links to your email. If that doesn't work, try installing the itch game client and logging into that, it should show the games you bought in the past and allow you to install them through it.

How would being put on steam do anything about Vulkan?

Make sure you're logged in. Failing that, check your library page. Failing that, request itch to send your links back to your email. If you haven't tried the itch downloadable client, try that too.

Make sure to click both latches on either side of the lid before clicking the lid itself.

If you click the pills and nothing happens, you probably downloaded v1.0 by mistake. You want to download v1.1.

If left click doesn't work for either the pills or the door, then I'm not sure what's going on. There's no keybinds, the game just uses your mouse to click on everything. So it would be a system issue of some kind.

Each round has random health max values, and you can't go above that. So if you start a round with 3 HP, you can't use cigs to go above 3.

Why would you want a revolving shotgun in this? The current design is way cooler.

Just redownload the game. If you bought it already you don't have to buy it again.

The update is mostly contained to what happens when you click the pills in the bathroom. Try that.

Cope.

Pay the steam fee for him then if it matters so much to you.

You can request itch to resend you the download to the email account you used when buying it. Click "I already paid for this"

The game format's pretty good for mobile, actually. The new mode is, anyway. You could open the game for a round or two to kill time while waiting in lines or riding public transport. The controls are all click-based so translating that to phone taps would be a breeze.

Try taking the pills in the bathroom at the start.

You shouldn't ever have to re-buy a game for mere updates, yeah. Though if you weren't logged in you might have to request itch to resend you the download page to the e-mail you bought it with or somesuch.

It's just your PC going "I don't know what this is, it could be a virus". It's not confirmation that it is one.

Suggestion - make lost charges have an outline. It's not always clear what your max HP is in a round, and viewers sometimes complain about you not using cigs to heal when you're actually at max HP already.

Simple but fun. Already knew the end thanks to a youtube video but still bought it to try my own luck. Definitely will revisit it every now and then when I feel like getting dangerous with a shotgun.

I've seen someone make a custom vent you can print in the 3D printer that fits in snugly. Only downside is that rain still goes through it.

Try experimenting with a hook and using your mousewheel while doing it (because the game doesn't communicate to you that the mousewheel does anything when using the hook, I had to look that up)

Signal Sim walked so that VotV could run. VotV is better now than SS, but I appreciate the inspiration SS provided.

I'd tell you to go back to 4chan, but I think the average user there still has a higher IQ than you, lmao.

Man, itch has become such a cesspool of wannabe youtubers begging for views and subs on every game, it's depressing.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the SM64 tracker in this, it's very compact and neatly organized. The tracker on EmoTracker is a bit harder to resize and tidy up, so this is a great alternative to that.

They're not going to make one, apparently. Sigh.

Yup. If you own a certain bundle with a certain 59 pages of content, good luck browsing through it all. You'd either have to go through it all in one sitting or hope the ordering doesn't change much, lest you completely miss certain entries. Especially since none of it's added to your library automatically and they've added no option to do so despite saying they're aware it's a wanted feature.
