Updated to iphone XR and lost chronological order of all files. Trying to see how I can revert back to order by time recorded. Difficult to get to solution/customer service.

I purchased Quick Voice long ago and it used to work fine. Now, for some reason, the "i' (information) button to change names is not working and I have several recordings I can't rename. I also can't send them to Dropbox as I used to.
