2

Connect & Import Your Content

Go to Settings Queryra, paste your API key (get one free at queryra.com), and click "Send All Posts to Queryra".

This imports your products, posts, and pages to Queryra. You can manage in the plugin which content types are imported automatically when you publish new content.

3

Clean Up in Queryra Dashboard

Go to your Queryra dashboardRecords to see everything that was imported.

Review and remove anything that's not relevant for search — for example, you might want to delete blog posts or static pages and keep only products. The idea is simple: keep only the content your customers should find when they search.

4

Sync — AI Learns Your Products

This is the most important step. In the Queryra dashboard, click "Sync Records".

During sync, the AI doesn't just index your products — it learns your brands, categories, SKUs, price ranges, and product attributes. The model will know your catalog inside out and only operate on your data. This is what makes semantic search possible: a customer searching "gift for mom" finds jewelry and skincare, not a generic ChatGPT answer.

Note: Sync takes about 60 seconds for 200 products.

5

Search is Live!

That's it! Your WooCommerce search is now powered by AI. In the Queryra dashboard you can configure:

  • Max results — how many products to return per search
  • Relevance threshold — minimum similarity score for results
  • AI-assisted search — an additional layer where AI helps users refine their queries in real time. This is optional but can significantly improve the search experience.

Tip: In the WordPress plugin settings, use the "Enabled" toggle to turn AI search on and off — useful for comparing results before and after.

Done! Your WooCommerce products are now searchable with AI.
