Quassel

Quassel IRC is a modern, cross-platform, distributed IRC client, meaning that one (or multiple) client(s) can attach to and detach from a central core.

The program is based on the Qt4 framework. The program enables you to arrange your client channels and query buffers in default or custom views, which are also dockable.
