SQUUEEE!!! I was so exicted when I learned how to make this icon! I didn't know that PSE could do animation with out all kinds of layers like motion blur! But check it out:



I made it from an Adobe Tutorial! The tutorials come with the Adobe software and I'm just now finding them. >< It was really cool though.
