Question

I have a question about making brushes/brush packs. If it's not allowed here just let me know and I'll delete the post. Cause I know some LJ's frown on this.

I've been reading tutorials on how to make brushes and save them etc., but I am unclear about something. In a tutorial when it says to reset your brushes and delete them all except one before you start making your brushes and saving them..........do you actually delete every brush in every category or just the brushes in one category. For instance can I just delete the brushes in "thick heavy brushes" only, or do I need to delete the brushes in every category..."thick heavy brushes, assorted brushes, dry media, etc. etc.?

I hope someone can help me as the tuts I've looked at are not clear on this.

Oh and will I be able to get my deleted brushes back? I'm sure I will but I think I should ask just to be sure.
