More Elements 5 confusion...

I'm trying to resize an image, but it keeps getting all stretches out. I'm holding down the Shift key when I'm resizing, but then I end up having to go to the top where it has the height and width percentage and changing it like that. Is there another key I'm supposed to press to keep it porportional?
