With Proxyclick Today you can:
- View all of today’s visits across all your locations
- Zoom in to see all visit details
- In case of emergency, check who’s in the building and indicate who’s safe
- Be notified when your visitor checks in or out
- Let reception and/or your visitor know when you’ll be available to welcome her
- Keep the emergency list up-to-date by checking out visitors in case they forget to
On top of that, if you wish, you can also manage facility-related requests on Today
- As an employee, you can create a service request from anywhere and follow its resolution
- As a facility or office manager, you can see all requests and zoom in to check the details
Working on visitor management since 2010, Proxyclick has tested and refined its app to give your visitors a top-of-the-line welcome.
Proxyclick Today requires a login to Proxyclick and is most often used in combination with Proxyclick Welcome (iPad app to let visitors check themselves in).
