Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProRank SEO's WordPress plugin, Shopify app, web application, account portal, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company, agency, or merchant, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

ProRank provides SEO analysis, metadata workflows, schema tools, internal-linking tools, redirects, broken-link monitoring, image optimization, indexing tools, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, notifications, and related features.

Some features are product-specific. WordPress and Shopify do not offer identical functionality, and feature availability may vary by platform, plan, configuration, integration status, and technical limits imposed by the platform.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, store, site, API credentials, connected integrations, and internal team access.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless caused by ProRank's breach of these terms or applicable law.

WordPress products may be sold under direct licenses or plans described at purchase.

The Shopify app is billed through Shopify's subscription system when billing is enabled. The merchant is responsible for recurring subscription charges accepted through Shopify unless canceled according to Shopify's billing flow.

Plan limits, including AI usage, image quotas, or feature availability, may vary by plan and may change with reasonable notice.

You may not use ProRank to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse third-party services, bypass security controls, send malicious traffic, overload the platform, scrape unauthorized data, or misrepresent generated content as verified fact where review is required.

You may only connect data sources, stores, domains, Google accounts, review apps, and third-party services that you are authorized to access.

AI-generated or automated outputs are provided as workflow assistance, not as legal, ranking, indexing, or business guarantees.

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving changes to your store, site, metadata, schema, redirects, or content before publication where review is appropriate.

For Shopify, ProRank may use server-side AI providers to deliver the feature. Merchants are paying ProRank for the app service, not bringing their own Gemini key unless a separate product explicitly offers that model.

Some features depend on third-party platforms including Shopify, WordPress, Google APIs, review providers, payment processors, and email or AI providers.

ProRank is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, access revocations, or account issues caused by those third parties.

Fees are charged according to the purchase channel and plan selected at the time of purchase.

WordPress purchases, if sold directly, follow the pricing and refund terms presented at checkout.

Shopify subscription charges are processed through Shopify. Any refund decisions for Shopify subscriptions are handled by ProRank in accordance with Shopify's billing system and applicable law.

ProRank retains all rights in the software, branding, documentation, generated templates, and related materials except for customer content and data that remain owned by the customer or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your purchased plan and these terms.

ProRank provides tools, recommendations, and automation support. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, indexing outcomes, rich-result eligibility, Merchant Center approval, or commercial results.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRank's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to ProRank for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Uninstalling the Shopify app or deactivating the WordPress product does not automatically erase all retained records where retention is required for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
