Materials License Agreement Request

From time to time, PCI Security Standards Council ("PCI SSC") receives requests to use its materials for purposes outside the scope of its Standards License Agreement. PCI SSC appreciates and duly considers all such requests.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all documents and other materials accessible on or through this website or otherwise from PCI SSC (including but not limited to the materials in the Document Library and all images, podcasts, videos and other materials accessible on or through the website) are the property of PCI Security Standards Council, LLC (“PCI SSC”) or its licensors, and may not be copied or otherwise used without the separate permission of PCI SSC in each instance. Accordingly, PCI SSC reserves the right to grant or refuse, all such requests to use PCI SSC materials, in its sole discretion.
