PROFIL can design of cold roll-formed profiles or seamed tubes from sheet metal. Roll forming is a continuous bending operation in which sheet or strip metal is gradually formed in tandem sets of rollers until the desired cross-sectional configuration is obtained. PROFIL can reduce cost while planning, design, calculation and drawing of profile, flower pattern (bending steps) designing, and roll tooling.
