\nproject management and information security consultancy, as well as Information and
\nCommunication Technology (ICT) consultancy. In the course of performing these
\nactivities, it may become necessary to involve subcontractors. The purpose of this policy
\nis to ensure that the existing and\/or future business partners and subcontractors of
\nProfexec Services Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: data providers) are informed
\nabout the rules concerning the processing of personal data required for the provision of
\nservices and the transfer of such data to the clients, principals, or customers of Profexec
\nServices Limited Liability Company.
\nIn accordance with the relevant legislation, we provide detailed information below
\nregarding the processing of personal data voluntarily provided to Profexec Services

\nThe managing director of the company, or a person appointed by him\/her, is authorized
\nto carry out data processing.<\/p>\n2.2 Purpose of Data Processing, Persons Authorized for Data Transfer<\/em>
\nThe purpose of data processing is to evaluate the professional competence of persons
\nwishing to participate in providing project management services, project management
\nand information security consultancy, and ICT consultancy services for contractual or
\npotential partners. If adequate professional competence is established, the personal
\ndata of the data provider may, with their specific information, be transferred to the client
\nor business partner of the data controller in order to involve the appropriately qualified
\ndata provider in the performance.
\nBeyond the above, personal data may only be transferred if required by law or based on
\nthe consent of the data provider.
\nIn the course of assessing professional competences, the data controller may process
\nthe following personal data (including but not limited to): – name of the data provider or
\nrepresentative, – place of residence, – mother\u2019s maiden name, – educational
\nqualifications, – place and date of birth, – other professional and language skills,
\nprofessional references, – marital status, – and any other data relevant to professional
\nand other suitability for the activity.
\nWhen processing personal data provided by data providers and during data transfers,
\nwe comply with the following legal regulations: – Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of
\nInformational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, – Act CVIII of 2001 on
\nCertain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services, – Act
\nV of 2013 on the Civil Code.<\/p>\n2.3 Duration of Data Processing<\/em>
\nPersonal data provided by the data provider will be retained by the data controller until
\nthe consent of the data provider is withdrawn, or until a legal condition requiring the
\ndeletion of such personal data arises.<\/p>\n2.4 Information on Rights and Remedie<\/em>s
\nThe data provider may access their personal data at any time, request information on
\nprocessing and data transfers, and may modify, correct, or delete their registered data
\nby sending a written request to jobs@profexec.com or by mail to the registered office
\nof the data controller.
\nThe data controller will provide the requested information free of charge within 25 days
\nof receiving the request submitted to jobs@profexec.com.
\nIn the event of unlawful data processing or transfer, the data provider may enforce their
\nrights before a court of law under the above-mentioned legislation, or they may contact
\nthe National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125
\nBudapest, Szil\u00e1gyi Erzs\u00e9bet fasor 22\/c.; www.naih.hu).
\nProfexec Services Limited Liability Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend this
\nData Protection Policy with prior notice to the data provider, publishing the notification on
\nits website. The data provider accepts the amended Data Protection Policy by granting
\nexplicit consent after receiving such notification, or\u2014if the amendment does not
\nsubstantially affect data processing\u2014by providing further data after the amendment.

\nSection 2 (1) This Act applies to all data processing and data management carried out
\nwithin the territory of Hungary concerning personal data, public data, or data public due
\nto public interest.
\n(2) This Act applies to both automated and manual data processing.
\nSection 3 – For the purposes of this Act: – Data subject: any natural person identified or
\nidentifiable, directly or indirectly, by personal data. – Personal data: any data relating to
\nthe data subject (e.g., name, ID, physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or
\nsocial identity), and any inference drawn from such data. – Special categories of data:
\ndata relating to racial or ethnic origin, nationality, political opinion or party affiliation,
\nreligious or other beliefs, trade union membership, sexual life, health, addictions, or
\ncriminal records. – Consent: a voluntary and explicit declaration of will by the data
\nsubject, based on appropriate information, by which they give unambiguous consent to
\nthe processing of their personal data. – Objection: a declaration by the data subject
\nobjecting to data processing, requesting termination or deletion of data. – Data
\ncontroller: a natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who
\ndetermines the purpose of data processing, makes and implements decisions regarding
\ndata processing (including tools used), or has them carried out by a processor. – Data
\nprocessing: any operation performed on data, regardless of method, including
