The program features talks, panels and honest conversations with experienced leaders and practitioners from Denmark and beyond.

Salsa Erwina

Strategy and Portfolio Manager

Vestas

Talk

The Missing Link Between Strategy and Product Execution: How OKRs Build Clarity, Accountability, and Progress

The distance between a strategy deck and actual execution is where most organizations struggle.

Drawing on her experience navigating both startups and global matrix environments, Salsa Erwina shows how OKRs can reshape that gap into a path of alignment, focus, and meaningful progress. Learn the pitfalls, the breakthroughs, and the practical steps that help strategy move from slides to real, measurable impact.

Haley Rasmussen

With over a decade of experience across physical, digital, and service design at companies like Smart Design, R/GA, and Meta, she brings a unique blend of craft-led and scale-led experience.

Haley translates deep user insights into clear product direction that holds up in the real world, drawing from her firsthand exposure to design maturity at various organizational stages.

Sofa Talk

What If We Stopped Overcomplicating User Research?

We’ve overcomplicated research. Somewhere along the way, it became something only “properly funded” teams are allowed to do. This sofa talk challenges the idea that insight requires scale, time, or permission — and through real examples makes the case for smaller, faster, more human ways of learning that actually move design forward.

Anne Lindberg

Software Engineer

LindbergAI

Anne Lindberg is a software engineer focused on generative AI at Region Midtjylland, where she helps turn AI from strategy into working solutions used in day-to-day operations across a large governmental organization.

In parallel, she runs LindbergAI, a consultancy focused on hands-on AI talks and workshops. Anne works closely with product teams and organizations to explore how AI can be applied quickly, responsibly, and with real impact.

Talk

From Idea to Prototype: Vibe Coding for Product Teams

How can AI be used as a hands-on tool in product discovery and delivery?

In this talk, Anne Lindberg introduces vibe coding: a lightweight, AI-assisted approach to rapid prototyping. Through examples, she shows how product requirements, ideas, and stakeholder input can be quickly transformed into visual and functional prototypes. The talk explores how AI can act as an effective supplement across analysis, design, and development – helping product teams move faster, align earlier, and make better decisions.

Panel Discussion

AI in Product Development: Perspectives, Potential, and Pitfalls

AI is everywhere in product conversations, but how far have we actually come? What works in practice, what is still experimentation, and where are we fooling ourselves?

In this panel discussion, experienced product leaders will share their perspectives and experiences with using AI – both in their day-to-day product work and as part of the products themselves. How are teams using AI today to inform discovery, prioritization, and decision-making? How are companies integrating AI into their products to create new value? And where has the reality fallen short of the promise?

The debate will be driven by questions submitted by participants ahead of and during the conference, ensuring a relevant, practical, and honest conversation. Together, we will examine where AI in product development stands today – and what product leaders should challenge, embrace, or rethink next.

Morten Lundsby Jensen

Product Leader

Syndicate

Morten Lundsby Jensen is a product leader and consultant with experience from international software companies including Zendesk and Google. He helps leadership teams translate product ambition into practical operating models, decision structures, and ways of working that scale.

Talk

The More Successful We Are, The Messier it Gets

Success makes product work harder, not easier. As organizations grow, decision-making slows, ownership blurs, and practices meant to help teams often get in the way.

This talk is about that messy middle. Based on experience from scaling environments like Zendesk and Google, and later applying those lessons inside small and large organizations, Morten shares what actually breaks when product thinking meets success.

Thomas Mathiesen

VP of Product

Too Good to Go

Thomas Mathiesen is VP of Product at Too Good To Go, where he leads the consumer product organisation for the global marketplace fighting food waste. Previously, Thomas spent 12 years at Amazon working on products like the Amazon Appstore, the first Kindle Fire, Amazon Go, and the Just Walk Out technology platform, and he is the inventor behind more than a dozen global patents from that period. Before joining Too Good To Go he served as Product Director at Lime, leading hardware and city solutions. He studied International Business at Copenhagen Business school and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Talk

When Bold Product Ideas Meet Reality

What happens when bold product ideas meet reality? How do you tell apart constraints from excuses? And what do you do when optimizing for conversion makes things worse?

Join Thomas for a conversation about what happens when daring product ideas collide with the real world. Expect reflections from the messy middle of product leadership, real examples of when invention meets constraints, and a practical lens for navigating complexity.
