PrintForward and the NEXT Generation Task Force have been proud to support and promote the PELT program over five cohorts, a fully government-funded, entry-level training initiative delivered in partnership with Northwest Skills.

Over the course of the program, we were fortunate to see strong industry support, including companies that generously opened their doors for facility tours, organizations that went on to hire participants following completion of the training, and many industry professionals who donated their time to serve as guest speakers for the program. We sincerely thank all those who contributed their time, expertise, and opportunities to help build the next generation of talent in our industry.

As PrintForward continues to evolve its workforce development efforts, our current focus is on building and strengthening mentorship-based initiatives. As a result, we are no longer actively promoting the PELT program at this time, while we assess how best to support future industry needs.

Funding for the PELT program was provided by the Government of Canada through the Canada–British Columbia Workforce Development Agreement.
