The NUKE FIGHT was epic! So great, and Duke catching the gun cause he is special--you are bb you are.

Nathan: ran into a door (can we agree Lucas delivered lines flawlessly tonight? Also, batman flashes during his more emotional scenes...i am batman.)

I hope we get a second blooper reel for this season, we know they have enough for 4 or 5 of them.

when nathan and audrey hugged--the way she runs to him, how nice that hug was..i can't..guys i can't i can't i cannot. I love this show so very very much.

You saw Audrey pull away emotionally towards the end...hoping they get that back on track soon.

So I will try and do a running commentary, but I only watched live--and during that I spent the majority time not listening to Nathan because his facial beauty is distracting as fuck--and not the best multitasker so as I am live tweeting Adrienne is reacting and I'm like--wait, what happened? Did it involve #hisfacethough? We watched Sons of Anarchy after--correction--she watch Sons of Anarchy-i spent 27 mins looking for gif.

The opening scene was awesome, dark--this season was much darker than last season-but i dig it

So at the beginning all I noticed was a Lack of Nathan-and Dave Teagues is a SOB, and nothing like the adorable lovable alcoholic from THE TRAILER PARK BOYS. I am a Vince girl, he is awesome.

Shirtless DUKE, I approve. Duke's dad--I cannot UNSEE Helo. I love you Helo-even if you are a dick on HAVEN.

So then Nathan comes, and EVERYONE DIES FROM HIS HOT. The end.

Audrey was kind of angsty with Duke, and by the time she got to Nathan he was like-this is me flirting, why are you not flirting back---btw I am randomly gonna HATE on DUKE right now.

DID not get this-i know--it was needed for that ending, but these boys are in love-sexually--

The story about Duke being the trigger that caused Nathan's trouble to resurface explains a lot-I just am confused as to why there was so much growth between these two and now they are less than frenemies. (oh wait last a few weeks ago Duke held a gun to Nathan in the woods--it's all coming back..ok..no still upset)

Dwight/Duke stuff awesome..when Duke first starting freaking out I was like, he looks like he is gonna shit himself--then he turned into superman..i was kind of aroused-which didn't help with all the Audrey/Nathan glory.

So like I can't express myself..I'm TOO overwhelmed by my love for HAVEN-this couple..they are magical butterfly entrails of wondrous splendid baby farts. I'm gonna patten that, so don't steal it. Well you can steal it, but people will give you the look you want to give me right now.

The opening sequence was pretty great. Very Glee of you Community.

SOOOO, am I the only Annie/Jeff fan who is like-so are they gonna have sex or is Dan Harmon mocking us?

Cause other than Jeff's daydream I did not get a we've been sleeping together vibe. Unless Annie's I can't be your friend anymore means..NO MORE SEX.

LOVED the references--especially BREAKING BAD and Doctor Who.

My favorite part of the entire episode was actually Jeff's monkey gas freak out-great production quality..community is a show that feels like a movie. So goooood.

EVERY FUCKING YEAR

EVERY FUCKING YEAR, well the last two years there is this 3 to four week period where everyone is like OMG they didn't renew Haven. They're not gonna renew. Then I start believing it and I go a little crazy-

WELL NOT THIS YEAR SYFY. No, really I'm holding it together.

I'm using what I like to call the CALM LAURA TACTIC. It's a special skill I acquired by having OMG so many arguments with twin sister. When in doubt, act calm-

Now if this doesn't work in a week or so..well..

That's all I want to say about the C word. It is the only show I go out of my way to watch live with exception of Community. It is my favorite. I hope it is renewed soon so I can enjoy the rest the season worry free.

I do and I miss him. WHY SO SERIOUS? We need you to stay funny so that the darkness this show is taking on has some kind of light. I mean Nathan discussing squirrel talk (LULZ FOREVER) was pretty great, but ERIC IS SO FUNNY. SO FUNNY. I don't like him fighting with Nathan--although the NUKE was GUH. We should count how many times Nathan says, I'm not gonna let him kill himself, or some version of that. So in love they are.

There was a ton of Audrey/Duke angst for people who ship them-that is great. FOR YOU guys lol. The whole time I was like this-

It was nice in a way though--Audrey is very hurt Duke has chosen the wrong side of this fight. I was happy when he approached her saying he had a plan, I was like-that's my Duke. Then he was like mortified when she killed the Rev, but I was like-

He was like HITLER Duke, Audrey did what any slightly tapped identity confused just broken up female would do. She shot him. It was shocking though right? I was hoping Nathan shot him. Def thought it was him. Duke being a bit skeeved out over Audrey is i guess normal, but at the sametime you are not acting right Duke. Get back to team awesome soon.

GUYS Dwight though-

I sort of love him..and he is a superhero. Obviously. The little ballerina stuff got to me. The outdoor production and ghost kids in the woods reminded me of lost. Sigh.

That last shot of Nathan and Audrey looking at eachother. I was like...so I know it's all awkward she just killed somebody, but maybe you two could hug it out y/y?

HAVEN step it the fuck up. This post is no good, don't read it

You realize you need to be renewed, right my favorite show? Step it the fuck up. Seriously. You made us care about the three main characters so much last season and now you are like totally having these full episodes dedicated to failed minor characters the majority (i know some of you like Chris..LOL..I could barely type that) of passionate fans can't identify with.

I've never been very good at math, but you know a good chunk of at least the fangirly viewers want Audrey with Nathan or Duke so you take it upon yourselves to add random Chris? In your second season? NO HAVEN, NO! It doesn't matter that Chris probably didn't suck-he didn't honestly I just hated his forced relationship with Audrey-and him taking screentime away from the NATHANSFACE. Nathan and Audrey's little moments are what makes this show so very watchable, and without them I just become a bitter person who rushed home on a friday night to watch a television show.

OK enough general complaining thoughts on what I caught when i wasn't tweeting or reading May/Sarah's combined brilliance.

As for all the complaining above I am just genuinely pissed off at this show this season. I work so hard to get people to be as certifiable as me about it and how can I do that when I am feeling disappointed with it?

ANYWHO..

Nathan + Dwight = OTP. I seriously can not get enough of the Edge-he's fantastic, and the scene with Nathan, him, and that crossbow was a great start to the show.

The close talking between Nathan/Duke is what dreams are made of-although they should have made out-it was all dark and romantic, just saying.

ALL..that's right...ALL of the Nathan/Audrey scenes which are usually my favorite were completely forgettable for me. Sure they close talked, but damn..Chris was back and Audrey was all MY BOYFRIENDS back when Nathan has NEVER looked finer. His shirt with the few buttons at the top undone, bravo on your neck area bb. If I am using the HE CAN ONLY FEEL HER TOUCH line to get you new viewers they should touch EVERY EPISODE. I promise it will NEVER get old for us.

The new chief looked like an older version of patchy from lost.

The trouble and all the side story sort of confused me. So this chick was abused so she caused everyone to get this disease that made them look like Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka-bleed out and die. Evi got it..then Nathan touches her some point after and realizes he probably shouldn't have touched her shaking the disease off his handsome arms. LOL, stop being so adorable-it's making everyone else look bad.

OMG then what happened? UM..Evie died?

Sorry Duke. I wish I cared more when she croked. Eric Balfour did wonderful as usually with all his scenes--there was a scene earlier where he got real angry at Evi and screamed at her-I was aroused was my main reaction to angry Duke.

There was the scene where Nathan didn't get shot (THANK G*D)-but it turned out Dwight is like a magnet for bullets-cool. Glad he has a trouble too, makes me want him to be a regular even more.

SEE..Dwight is a character that really works--he is no threat to any romantic pairings really, he is likable, and I never feel like I miss Nathansface when he is on-granted most of his scenes are with Nathan, but still-I am sincere in my love for him.

So now Duke is gonna trust the REV, that makes complete sense

The CHRIS/AUDREY breakup-

It was super underwhelming as was their entire pointless relationship. PLEASE let this mean we can get back to what makes this show great next week? OTP---OT3

I am def not even a little convinced we are getting a third season. Syfy, which is no SCIFI IMO will replace it with ghosthunters 3d.

I will fight to the bitter end to get season 3, JUST TO KEEP NATHAN'S face which is the only constant thing that never ever disappoints me. That being said I am so scared right now this season with end with NO Nathan/Audrey-and if it gets canceled I am taking all my fridays back. Not sure how that will work.

Also if HAVEN isn't renewed I am deleting my twitter account. I am such a bitch on there--I mean probably no bitchier than on my LJ, but I like @message famous people and just am very fucking evil to them. Haven was pretty special tonight

WALL TO WALL ACTION! HOT LATINOS! GUNS! BRICKS! DANCING! Haven why do you have to make me love you more every week? It's getting weird. As you were.

Whose down with OT3? Yeah you know-I ain't finishing that though cause it's way too dorky, but about fucking time Haven. We barely get enough Duke/Audrey/Nathan with these new characters no one is crazy about (except the EDGE who is all kinds of awesome), so tonight got it in a bit and it made me happy.

Not enough Nathan, but that is my general complaint about all shows that lack Lucas Bryant and his sparkling eyes. He was something to look at tonight as always. Good damsel in distress stuff with him, but also--where is my Nathan/Audrey? I'm just saying--she could have nursed him back to health. Not sure how one recovers from a brick beating, but that's tv's job to figure out.

Loved everything Duke tonight! Glad Duke is in every episode this season, and he got a good amount of screentime. He was pretty badass, especially in the begining with Ay Papi--i know he has a name, something fuentes--el fuentes? Christian? IDK, all i know is he was a pleasure to both look at and listen too. Really liked Audrey bonding with the copies because she herself is a copy--too bad Nathan was unconscious during this revelation, they could have discussed later--which she ended up doing with Duke, but not really cause that's how Audrey is.

The scene with Duke and that kid were nice, all of them. Sort of corny, but i like corny. It was sweet.

So Duke is onto Evi--FINALLY! Duke is too smart to have been fooled this long. Ignore his poor fashion choices he is a wise perfect haired genius. Now play her Duke-play her good.

Liked Nathan running to rescue Audrey and vise versa.

Again, in the end-Emily Rose did great in her scenes with Ay Papi--you get paid to do this. Congratulations on your life.

So the evil selectman wants Nathan out and that's that? Drunk Nathan was cute, hilarious, fucking awesome, but part of me is like-but he'll fight this next episode right? Hoping that is Nathan Audrey yells that at next week. When that woman asked Nathan to dance and Audrey tried to stop her from taking advantage of drunk Nathan and he was all like--WHY do YOU CARE? JUST SAY WHAT YOU MEAN--JESUS FUCKING CHRIST EVERY WEEK WITH YOU TWO JUST FUCK ALREADY! P.S. I love you and want to have your babies. thoughts on last week and this week's haven, very shallow I'm sure

I rewatched AUDREY PARKER'S DAY OFF like 20 times at least. Even with Chris and his stupid face it managed to be one of my favorite episodes of the entire series.

I cried..a lot. I cried when Duke died,

OMG the Nuke is this episode was so fantastic-that face grab at the end, well done show.

I cried when Nathan died,

I thought Emily and Lucas were so on during this and when she told him about his death-how she couldn't watch him die again. GUH, shipping them is so forfilling, you should all try it-you will be pleased.

Eric Balfour was so fucking funny,

i usually rewatch eps and just watch-well..honestly Nathan's face but I was def stopping for any scene where Duke discussed waffles. Eric responded to my friendly stalkerish tweet asking if he had improvised that scene with the "Express yourselves physically," scene. He said he they tried like 10 takes so hopefully this seasons dvd has a blooper reel with whatever other brilliance be spouted.

Speaking of twitter, I am now being followed by Emily Rose!!!

this won't last long, not with my constant mentions of how I want to sit on Lucas Bryant's face. Trying a little too hard now with my twitter. I'm not saying romance between them wouldn't irk me, but I'll take them over Chris anyday.

I cried when Chris didn't REALLY die, and I swooned during this-

Okay so tonight's episode,

This show was kind of meh compared to the greatness that was last week, but it had it's good points.

The bickering between Nathan and Duke is always HILARIOUS-when Duke grabbed it and said TRUCE! LOL! They remind me of little boys, who are sexy. So many things wrong with that realization.

The Rev continues to be evil..as does Evie. Not sure where this evil alignment came from-so were they connected before this ep-was he who she spoke to on the phone?

<3 Nathan and Audrey even though the intensity of their shared emotional bond i have exaggerated in my head seemed to be forgotten. His face after the I bet you look good in black comment was ADORABLE as usual.

Almost wish they didn't use the boy in the bathtub scene as this week's preview because it would have freaked me out so much more. They did the samething with last episode giving away the Nathan death scene. The spoilerwhore in me approves, but that 20% of me that wants to be surprised is hoping they chill with the big reveals prior to the episode airing.

LOL at Audrey's: Surpise comment to the Rev when he says he wants something in return.

Plot..hmm, mermen you say-interesting, made so much better by Sarah's tweet about the irony of a asthma medication commerical during this episode.

I read tonight's episode was done by the fear and loathing writer so I was hoping for a bit more character/relationship development then we got. Sure we had that endcap (def didn't think we were even getting that) of Audrey and Nathan figuring they are following in the footsteps of The Chief and Lucy--but it wasn't as epic as what we got last week. Also am I the only person waiting to hear they are siblings? LOL-i know it's impossible if Nathan's father wasn't biologically the chief, but you feel me-don't make my otp weird show.

Last week the set a new standard for me-unless Nathan dramatically dies in Audrey's arms everyweek I'm just gonna be MEH about it.

I'm going to have a manic reaction to tonight's haven. ALSO, hi flist-sorry I am in summertime LJ suck mode. Going to North Conway NH tomorrow for a week where I won't have internet access (as far as i understand it), and I am like 80% positive I will be eaten by a bear. So if you never hear from me again know my final thoughts were about Nathan's face, Annie's Boobs, and my nephews. No part of that statement isn't disturbing, but it's the truth.

Well I got what I wanted, jealous Nathan-so why is it making me feel so bad? More on that later-running commentary as I was watching with my RL BFF Adge and my twin sister Jill..

That guy is a douche! (the groom) His face doesn't match his voice. I gotta say, without Nathan on my screen and no prospects of him appearing I may not pay-that much attention to this show. Like my twin at this point is not watching at all-she doesn't care for haven, knows I am forcing her to watch so I can watch live. Meanwhile my friend is running late and comes in after the first scene and commerical and I can't tell her shit that happened. I even thought the douche had been killed, but it was his dad-soooo..really short attention span when Nathan is not on.

I do remember not caring for Chris or Jason Priestley's stupid face much. Also Evie was on-whenever I see her I immediately get distracted by a shiny object-tonight it was my dog's shock collar-boy does that glimmer in the light. IDK, everytime she is on she immediately tries to pull something shady like steal silverwear and try and live off the profits of selling it. I try and just focus on Eric's sexy voice and block her out.

Jill and Adrienne were absolutely amused at the RIDICULOUS twitter pimps the show did tonight-now these scenes did involve Nathan (what was he on 2 mins this episode-fuck that) so I paid attention like someone was explaining to me how to diffuse a bomb. I did enjoy Vince and Dave fangirling Nathan and Audrey. Jealous Nathan--again at first I was like, alright JEALOUS Nathan! When his pretty blue eyes are genuinely sad I get this lump in my throat, and my heart feels hard. OH Audrey..why? WHY?

The next parts are cloudy for me cause Nathan was MIA-Jill and Adge yelled at me for not paying attention to a show I make them watch. I have to admit I mainly watch for Nathan's face--if it's not a big part of the episode I like to think about my day. What I did..what I ate..did I change the world for the better today? Is the stove on? Do we need eggs? You know..things.

I did like Evie explaining how people watching a horror film and screaming don't do that dumb thing like open the door, and Duke is just like-I'm not seeing your point give me a crowbar.

So then other stuff--Chris and Audrey argue because she is all like help people with LOVE, and Chris is like--SCIENCE!!! They have their first fight and I just was like...OKAY, so how many episodes is he in? They are SO incompatible. I think I started thinking about eggs again at this point, not sure. We don't need them, I did check in case anyone was concerned.

So Nathan, Vince, and Dave in the Van-infact all their scenes were pretty cute and funny. Mainly what I liked most about this episode-also-When Nathan grabbed the flares and hockey stick my friend had a funny line about Nathan being all Macgyvery which he WAS. I stole that and put it on my twitter. I was trying to help with trending but I didn't see it trending-the main trending words where boston and french fries I think--sorry Haven.

When Duke tackled Audrey I didn't hate it--so sexy. SEE..I hate Chris SO very much I could ship Duke and Audrey over them. Are they reverse psycologying my ass? Well played show.

ALL this other stuff happened, I'm SURE-do not so much remember any of it. When Chris went off on the we can solve this problem with LOVE I like for real threw up in my mouth..had to admit to Jill and Adrienne this show was being a bit lame..also reminded them about Nathan's face.

So Nathan then shows up to SAVE Audrey--he's like all short of breath, his hockey is broke--he's of course gorgeous and g*dlike-

Audrey I've come to rescue you--I made it here with just a hockey stick and three flares, two of which I used--but first I saved Vince and Dave--then I went into a school and saved like 30 kids. Then I got a pizza because saving people really builds an appetite. BTW I am in love with you so I saved a flare so I can rescue just the two of us. Come...come let's escape this hell and make love in my bronco!

then if i remember, and i may be mistaken Audrey replied-
Did anyone hear anything? Hmm..Maybe just so the wind. Anyways Chris, tell me about the love thing

*rolls eyes so far they fall out of my head*

Then we had to watch old people kissing--mature I know, but three grown ass people said ew to that.

NEXT--they all were like love will save us, and held hands mutha fuckin' skipping out of there, and I turned to Adrienne and she looked at me like oh fuck..Nathan...Audrey and Chris will leave and Nathan will just be the dick in the middle. AND HE WAS. AND IT SUCKED. But that wasn't enough was it show? Was it?

More sad Nathan, more sad Laura.

I did like finding out why Duke stays-and that it's related to his Dad. OKAY-Evie is evil. Good. She has become slightly less boring. Go with that.

THEN. I had to endure what no fangirl should endure. A guy who met Audrey 5 mins ago telling her he wants her because she is amazing because she helps people and cooks. Really? REALLY? So she SLEEPS with him? On the first date? Really? Then her phone rings, it's the wind.

My negative attitude toward my favorite show continues. Even when I get what I think I want, I am so not feeling it. This show is total crack when it is done right, and it is currently not what I like and I can't not complain about it. It makes me feel better. I am not giving up, but okay with the fact I may not be watching live next week. I need it to get back to pleasing my inner fangirl.

REAL LIFE-So I’d like to start off by apologizing for whatever I did in this universe to deserve hives for the last week. On a related note I am on a lot of benadryl and cannot be held responsible for sounding completely insane. Thoughts on Haven-

Ok bullet points because I’d like to sleep for the next 20 hours-

Nathan- You are still my favorite. Your face is flawless, and you have an ass that won’t quit. I love your new clothing choices, even if you do look like a JC Penney model, I’d hit that shit until it broke. ALSO, Lucas Bryant is not only stunning, he is so great at subtle humor I want to congratulate his parents on having him-he brings much joy into this world by existing. When he said, but then Chris might get hurt-LMAO. Fuck Chris, but seriously Nathan you and your stupid face make me so crazy. <3
Dwight-gotta say, not a big fan of stunt casting-not into wrestling so I wasn’t thrilled this guy was coming on, but dude-with all the mistakes this show makes by adding characters that instantly bore me-Dwight is the exception. I think this guy did great, and I really liked his interaction with Nathan. ALSO, LMAO at him dwarfing 6ft Lucas Bryant. He can stay, and clean shit up-all while looking handsome.
Evi. Evi. The actress is seriously so beautiful-and I want to care, I do…I tried SO very hard. I do not like her with Duke. I feel like she will hurt him and I am not for that. Seeing her with Duke makes me miss Duke and Audrey. Seriously. She needs to go.
Chris. Like if you could hear me sigh..dramatically..that’s how I feel about him. So now this is Audrey’s new love interest? YEAH, no. Yeah I prefer Audrey with Nathan, but I’d rather see her with Duke than Mr Wonderful. He is cutting into Nathan’s face time and I will not stand for it. I mean I will because not watching isn’t an option, but we better be getting jealous Nathan at least-he practically played matchmaker for them this episode. i can wait-well I can’t show-get your shit together.
Duke-you are also a flawless human being. One good thing about this Evi is we got to see Duke mount someone—yeah I’d prefer it be Nathan, but sexy man is sexy. Also, Duke is keeping the denim dress shirt market in business. Just saying.
TWO episodes without Nuke makes Laura a dull girl.
Plot this week-meh. They kind of complicated it too much by having two troubles at once-and one of those troubles was funny-i will admit seeing Nathan fawn like a school girl did amuse me, but I can’t deal with this until Chris leaves. Audrey-cure that mofo. I didn’t follow what was happening between those two woman and that mayor guy—someone was cheating on someone but they were tight and she tried to kill the other one..also the Rev is may be involved, what? First off—I didn’t care, second off-Electricity, I am against it, third off…—well..i don’t have a third, but it sounded like i should have one. Maybe later.
Audrey…so we get no emotions robot Audrey for most of season one and Chris comes and we’re suppose to buy her crushing on him? MEH. I did like Audrey and Nathan working together at the end and Chris being left out of the loop/plan. Also the line about having someone to keep the other grounded and Nathan looking at Audrey all, YOU GROUND ME. They’re magical and I don’t want to wait any longer for their awesomeness..but I will.
Goodnight loves, sorry for being so neg lately. Going on Vacation in a week to the white mountains in New Hampshire next Sat-will be gone for a week. I will continue to do those Haven gif requests when I have the time and attention span. much love-l

Thoughts on tonight's HAVEN-yeah.

You should be warned i am doing this having taken 4 benadryl-it appears I am allergic to the sun-or water, maybe the air? The troubles have come to my small massachusetts town and given me hives. FML.

I think shipping makes me very passionate about shows I may not otherwise go completely ape shit over. Haven is definitely one of those shows. Tonight's episode had some things I liked, some things I didn't like--but mainly it lacked what I find endearing when watching-

Hmm..goodthings or badthings first? How bout' I alternate?

Nathan looked like juice-as in very fine, that's right-bringing that one back. Seriously-his face is just so sexy I just can't take it. I really have no complaints about Nathan other that the lack of him-I mean, I could have used so much more of his face-those eyes. Really, his face is 98% of why I watch-not gonna lie. HE was also ADORABLE/FUNNY with the Fax Machine comment-my friend and i geeked out a bit. At the end when he was reassuring Audrey that they would figure things out, my friend said out loud: LOOK AT HIM-WHY WON'T YOU SEE HOW PERFECT HE IS? It took a great deal of self control not to get all superfangirly with her about that thought, but gotta not scare her-this season is far from over and convincing her to stay in on Friday's has been no easy task.

Something I didn't like-No Nuke? After two shows with fantastic Nathan/Duke flirtation we get nothing but them sitting or standing solemnly as Audrey stands between them like a dick in the middle? (LOL..had to). YEAH-they NEED to have them fuck eachother's shit up once an episode. Shit is getting real in Haven as far as the troubles go, and if i have to see the back of someone's head sliced open I'm gonna need Duke's snark and Nathan's bitch look to mellow things out.

Something positive..Also Nathan related, i know..i'm out of my mind, anyways--the nail thing made us laugh too..he could have a meat cleaver sticking out of his neck and just be like-WHAT? I put that there. It's fine--it's keeping me from bleeding out. LOL-i did take note that nowhere in this episode or recap did they mention Nathan's inability to feel so if i just watched this episode randomly I'd be like--so in this town the hotter you are the less you feel..i get it now.

Evi. I do not like her on a boat..I do not like her stupid coat. I do not like her at the bar..i do not like her stealing files from a car. (OOOoo, my allergy medicine is kicking in). Maybe she'll get better but so far I'm not feeling her with Duke one bit. Duke needs to be alone or with Nathan. Should I admit I dreamt about Haven last night-i did-right before I woke up, and Duke/Audrey(lucy) were an item-i didn't even like them in my dream...my dreams. Now that's loyalty.

So Faux Audrey. I loved her-and now I am so very sad to see she is like written off? The actress was so lovely and such a great actress--i loved the scene when she first came over to Duke confused-then it just got depressing that her memory had been wiped. OR--they maybe planted those memories to mess with Lucy? YES..I'm calling her Lucy now cause Audrey seriously is not herself-and I want her back. Anywho, Duke and her would have been good too-but what are you gonna do?

Another part that was HILARIOUS even though it prob shouldn't have been was when Nathan dragged that woman out of the ice rink--it was so funny..they kept panning over to them. I can't be the only one amused by this.

Sorry this post is pretty negative but I can't lie, not my favorite episode of this show. More Nathan/Audrey-her acknowledging his existence maybe--def more nuke, and if they're gonna keep on this Evi character make me give a fuck about her soon.

At least we'll get pretty fanart out of Nathan's pretty face y/y?

ETA: Forgot to mention I love the music-the piano thing, ALL I wanted was for Nathan to sit down next to her and them play chop sticks together--erotic chopsticks. I'll reply to you all once i've slept the crazy away.

that awkward moment when you don't react to the best episode of haven to date

This was my personal favorite episode of Haven so I had to make sure I had the proper amount of bling for it-holla

SO, prior to this week's HAVEN I had a tie for my favorite episode-three way actually-

Harmony, mainly for CRAZED Nathan, but also I liked the idea behind music causing mental illness to pass from one person to anyone listening. Duke losing it with crazy Nathan, hitting him-OMG it was glorious. I am like WAITING for the next 'trouble,' to make either Nathan or Duke lose control-so fun to watch.

Ain't No Sunshine, um the last scene. Infact ALL the Audrey/Nathan-them in his truck with their awkward talk..I wasn't crazy about the plot of this-much more into the character development-and even though I didn't care for the plot it was so beautifully shot-all the silhouette shots, Nathan/Audrey arguing..her taking his gun. It was a great because my (our?) ship was so perfect in it. Finding out Nathan could feel her, and only her??? Um, that's a wrap kids who ship wrong. RAP.

As You Were-total bottle episode. LOVED the plot in this-so CLUE meets X-files-i adored it. Plus that bonus Nathan/PODAudrey at the end-OMG-Nathan cried-he kissed her--well fake her..he cried..he so loves her. I think I may have rewatched this episode more than any other one.

I know not everyone was crazy about the S2 premiere-I loved it of course, but that was trumped by the brilliance that was fear and loathing.

Is it me or does this show get more gorgeous every week? The cinematography is just breathtaking. Look at my picspam up top--there are so many more shots I could have used. It was so pretty.

One of the things I like most about this show is how limitless it is. The troubles can be anything and the idea of seeing your biggest personal fear materialize when looking into that young girl's eyes?..fuck yeah.

The opening scene with Duke buying his imported beer and all the patrons freaking out had just the right amount of Cheese and drama that make this show perfect. The little old lady fainting made me LOL-zombie husband-omg pls have this show do an entire zombie themed ep! My walking dead heart would explode. Duke is awesome 24/7- Eric Balfour has such a great way of playing beats-when he dropped the case of beer and the camera pans on his face falling-

(had to put it with his brilliant fake angsty cap of fake audrey cause I'm bout' to ship them for real. I love fake audrey and idc who knows it)

They're trying to kill me right? I mean they must be because I died..then to finish me off they have him able to feel this episode (omg feel me bb)

I tried not to overthink it because I sort of LOVE the angst it gives him, and of course knowing he can only feel Audrey is the stuff of fanfic, but I now ship him with roses. More on that after this brilliant moment from NUKE-

the chemistry between these two, omg..I just can't..I want an entire episode where they just make me laugh for an hour..pls..let this happen. Duke Nathan doesn't want a prostitute he wants Audrey-which is abundantly clear-EVERY MOMENT OF HIS ENTIRE FICTIONAL EXISTENCE.

Nathan truly fondled-the fuck out of floral arrangements this entire episode and I dug the shit out of it. For me roses=romance=disney=beauty and the beast. The best disney movie of all time. I had a point here, and I'm sure it will come to me later-anyways he was adorable, and I loved how insecure he got when Audrey would notice. Part of me is like, Nathan you are SOOOO weird, and the other is like-there is a part of a woman's body much more sensitive than her lips..believe me. Audrey could teach him so much. PLUS, Audrey has been a bit different since realizing she is Lucy. Understandable, but Audrey from episode 1x08 would have bought Nathan the sexiest flowers to feel up ever..am I right? OK so the car discussion..he could not be more clear...he discussed his lips, and yours on his cheek Audrey. Why are you not responding appropriately? Maybe she is scared of hurting him if she is not suppose to be there--if Lucy is just some ghost about to pass through Haven and leave Nathan all alone again. My fangirl brain is so elaborate..and what's that word? CRAZY.

So before the episode aired I knew the basic plot and could not wait to see what scared Nathan-was it Haven collapsing due to his failure? Losing Audrey? Spider Monkeys? Yeah...

At first I was super annoyed they didn't let us know what Nathan's fear is..now that I've had some time to reflect on this, I'm still very much annoyed. It's good and bad--bad for me because I want to know everything there is about Nathan, but good because this is just another layer to peel back. PLUS, Audrey did ask--and she asked with matching desperation, so I'm hoping he opens up to her later about it. Nathan is like that...he pretends to be all introverted all the time hiding his feeling behind snark and DAT' face of his, but randomly he'll just look at Audrey and he starts confessing shit he shouldn't confess.
Nathan: Parker I'm so constipated today.
Audrey: What?
Nathan: What?
LOL I totally dig that about him. Maybe too much. So I am holding out hope it will come up again in a future ep.

Nathan has spent what, 12 hours? 24 hours as an affliction free man and in the end he does the selfless act and saves that young girl from her own trouble, and did it in the MOST handsome dreamy way ever-

UM the cupping of her face, his gentle tone? You have beautiful eyes? My ovaries basically shut down for the entire scene. I didn't understand Duke/Audrey's reaction to it..I mean you can view it as they care for Nathan so much they were feeling sorry for him--if it didn't work and they both got their troubles back..but mainly I was like, Audrey--obviously he is doing the heroic awesome thing you would do..why so put off? I like reading too much into tiny beats. ANYWHO, Lucas Bryant was flawless in this scene-and his face when he realized what he had sacrificed broke my heart.

Other stuff happens, yada yada-then-

SHE TOUCHED HIM. That's all I wanted...since last October..I was like..OMG when are they gonna touch? She did-and it is pretty clear he can still feel her. She is all he can feel and he looks up at her because she is touching him and she walks out..his dreamy eyes and she walks out. Audrey..Lucy..whatever your name is, seriously? I guess they have to slow their roll with them--the I CAN WAIT line is more heavy forshadowing then the entire ethan frome novel.

Every episode should have this much Nathan. It was a great episode. Bless you if you read this mess.

It was good for me, was it good for you? (thoughts on the s2 premiere)

I am so down with the 10 plague thing, that's right HAVEN-you go biblical or go home. Liked the homage to IT with the boy/paper boat thing-the kid was a TERRIBLE actor. I KNOW, I am an awful human being to dwelling on such nonsense, but come on...there are kids who can act. Have you SEEN ICarly? They exist. Little Ben on lost, damn. While on the subject-or related complaint to get the neg out right away--are they having an ugliest extra contest? Big Mike-you have some stiff competition from last season, but so far you are in the lead. I'm shallow, what can I say? Vampire Diaries has caused me to question anyone non perfect 10 on my shows--i mean if they look like that they should be able to act well, but not so much.

Both Nathan and Duke (lucas bryant and eric balfour) are so completely gorgeous on this show could be just them staring into the camera seductively for an hour straight, i'd be so down.

I'm gonna save my thoughts on Nathan for the end since he is and always will be my favorite--and they're not so much thoughts as guttural noises. DUKE-okay so the Rev is trying to bring him to the darkside, but the one thing I am so sure of is that Duke is a good guy-whenever he tries to play off that he is anything but I'm like stop playing--go get me a pineapple and some flowers, NOW!

So let's discuss the elephant in the room..they're just gonna pretend Julia doesn't exist right? Never did? That's what I'm getting-now don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining--but not crazy about the sudden rise in the female population of Haven. What is the new one's name? Emmy? Eppi? Epi pen? I'll give her a chance, the actress seems cool-but I really don't like the show having too many characters-like let's settle down, Duke and Nathan are just two men, they can't pleasure everyone in this small troubled town--especially when they are so completely obviously in love with eachother.

The Nathan/Duke dynamic was definitely my favorite aspect of the premiere. You can definitely tell they have a history where they were close at one time-it's like what Emily Rose said in a recent interview-and I could not be happier to see Duke help Nathan in the end with his dad.

The two Audrey's--was I the only one completely shocked by Audrey's memory of killing (almost killing?) a man with a scissor to a man's neck? It was like dark for this show--and it looks like the show is getting darker from the previews, and I'm not complaining. I like a show to slap me awake sometimes. I don't mind the new Audrey-liked that she covered up for Lucy (LOL) at the end. Emily Rose was so great in the scenes with her-the retelling of the story, so nice to see Audrey cry-but really, she is such a robot at times it's nice to see her raw once in a while. As far as Nathan/Audrey go-mixed emotions.

So of course I like all of their interaction. When he sticks up for her in the beginning with faux Audrey. Her trying to get him to face facts about his dad-liked. The part with the cooler joke that broke the tension and made him laugh with tears in his eyes--fucking Lucas Bryant's eyes sparkle like diamonds-ikr..i sicken myself, but it's true. So the entire episode when Nathan is hinting he knows he will probably die and he wants Duke to care for Audrey I was like YES--they are so not killing him, and out of this we will get a terrified Audrey-and an OMG YOU SURVIVED HUG. We got the first one mos def, but where was his hug Audrey? HUH? Where was it? Not on the damn show, that's where. NOT even a I'm glad you didn't die nod, nothing. I mean I realize she had a lot going on, who wouldn't be a me monster with a case of no identity, but next time I'd like a quick i'm so glad you're alive hand job. WE didn't forget he can only FEEL you Miss Audrey, and we are not gonna wait 8 fucking episodes again for something mind blowing. (okay I will, but fuck you show if i have to wait another week)

NATHAN. I LOVE the way Lucas plays him-love it--love the dry humor so fucking much. The Rev is always so judgmental of him, like he sinned by being born..so is like Nathan Moses of the troubled people? Rev is an evil Pharaoh?..I should have paid more attention at temple. I enjoyed how he handled the emotions about his father-when Audrey could make him laugh during that scene I just about died at the sight of it. Loved the dialog between Duke/Nathan about the Rev-Nathan's like one word answers. Marry me. I miss chief, but glad Nathan is taking his place.

Lastly-loved the bunny in the background-it was so cheesy--but cool, I adored it to no end...like this is perfect sometimes.

I really did enjoy it, but I'm gonna need Nathan to make out with someone soon-it can be Duke or Audrey, I'm down for both. Thoughts? Someone have a megaupload link? I could not beg harder-nothing else works for me.

I'm thinking this is gonna happen and i have mixed feelings. I love Danny and Alison--and i love Annie and Abed-but i am INlove with Jeff and Annie..tried to sound less psychotic in that last breakdown, but meh. I may love it-but right now even the thought of it makes me feel odd. Like, all this build up for Jeff and Annie leads to Annie and Abed? Dan-BEHAVE. I want Annie to WIN AT LIFE tomorrow and the following Thursday. What I mean by this is I want her to be so fucking epic that those that hate on her are miserable. Misery caused by her awesomeness--I want them to drown in her epicness, and then cry themselves to sleep because they hate something so perfect.

I really liked this episode, just a minor complaint or two lol

FIRST let me note Britta was fucking awesome throughout this episode. I will be the first to admit I have a total Annie bias and ALWAYS will probably but it was so nice to see her shine. Gillian Jacobs is gorgeous-and so funny--my favorite bit-

I liked the Jeff/Britta bugger scene, but other than that their corny made me physically ill. LIKE, DO NOT WANT. If this happens though already have my back up otp-gotta save my shipper fangirl heart, you understand-

Danny/Alison's RL friendship makes me love them together on the show even more-and just little things like this make me go all gooey inside.

I'm not going soft on Jeff/Annie, but I need some forward movement with them-i need Jeff to stop being so harsh/insensitive with her. Annie deserves a PRINCE or a beast that turns into a prince, and I am an Annie fan first-so she will get it by the end whether it be Jeff (OMG PLS BE JEFF), or fat Neil.

DEAN PELTON. JIM RASH is AMAZING--he is AMAZING-he is in my top 5 characters on this show and i think he'll be a regular next season, WOOT-this

Made me d'aww, then feel sad--i hope Annie reunites with her mom next season. Not enough Annie-next week will surely make up for that though.
