WBT Systems announces acquisition by Advanced Solutions International

DUBLIN, Ireland. (August 18, 2021) – WBT Systems and Advanced Solutions International (ASI), two leading global providers of products and services for associations and non-profits today announced the signing of an agreement for ASI to acquire WBT Systems.

WBT Systems’ flagship learning platform TopClass LMS, will join ASI’s portfolio of subscription (SaaS) products and services. This acquisition reinforces the position of both companies as strategic partners for associations and continuing education providers. WBT Systems will experience no change in management, staffing, or day-to-day operations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
