THERE IS NOT A REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON MARCH 24TH, HOWEVER, THERE IS A SPECIAL EXECUTIVE AT 2:30PM AND A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AT 3:00PM (NOT SURE WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS BUT IF YOU KNOW PLEASE LET US KNOW, THX.)

The following Agenda will be considered by the Prescott City Council at its Special Meeting pursuant to the Prescott City Charter, Article II, Section 13. Notice of the meeting is given pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 38-431.02. One or more members of the Council may be attending the meeting through the use of a technological device.

Presentation, Discussion & Possible Action Regarding a Development Agreement with Woda Cooper Development, Inc., and City Commitments in Support of the Developer’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Application, Including Potential Fee Waivers, Infrastructure Participation, or Other City Support. Recommended Action: MOVE to approve the Development Agreement with Woda Cooper Development, Inc., approve City commitments in support of the developer’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit application, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and related documents.
