Where to add the code for grid

  I like the grid layout of your own site and want to mimic it. I found the page that discusses this, and has the code behind your example.

  1. Where exactly do I paste this?
  2. And once I do, the text is now “hard-coded”, as it were, as opposed to being kept in a Page somewhere, right?

  This code belongs in your page and post content. You can switch over to the Text tab in your editor and add that code.

  And once I do, the text is now “hard-coded”, as it were, as opposed to being kept in a Page somewhere, right?

  Nope; it’s just treated as normal content on your site that you can edit whenever you like.
