  Can I use this theme on a Premium account?
  I know this is a premium theme and it doesn’t show me any option to purchase it.
  However, when I apply it to my site, it doesn’t change the layout at all.

  Hi there – Romero should be available for purchase, and is also available for free on premium and business plans. If you don’t see this then I’d contact wordpress.com support directly (https://wordpress.com/help/contact) and hopefully they would be able to help more.
