  Hi,
  I am trying the Cancel and Refund tab in My Upgrades for this Theme but am not getting the option to cancel. Can you please help?

  Sorry about that, looks like a technical glitch on our side. I’ve issued the refund for Minimum. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
