Call to Action button not working

Hi there,

My call-to-action button is showing up, but the link is not working: http://sciall.org

Here is the exact text content I’ve placed in the “Banner Content” window, under Customizing>Theme>Banner:

I think I must be missing something. I would like to display that CTA button in the featured image on the front page, however I do not even see the Banner option under the Customizer to be able to display this….

What am I missing?
