GE Current has long had some of the best LED HID replacement lamps and now has developed a Hazardous Location LED HID lamp that is suitable for the harshest environments. These lamps are UL-qualified for use in fixtures that are categorized in Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C & D rated. This means they are designed for use in drilling rigs, refineries, petrochemical facilities food and beverage facilities, and other heavy industrial application where flammable vapors, gases, ignitable dusts, fibers and high temperatures are present.
GE Current Hazardous LED HID lamps continue to feature GE’s industry-leading ANSI design to ensure the lamps are the proper size to replace existing HID lamps with no issues with fit. Installed via bypassing the ballast and wiring direct (not compatible with ballasts). Available in 3000K, 4000K or 5000K color temps. Wattages of 21W (50W equivalent), 35W (70W equivalent) and 45W (100W equivalent). All come in E26 base but includes an E39 mogul adapter to ensure you have the right base to utilize the existing socket.
