Ondas has announced over $40 million in new June orders for autonomous defense systems, including Counter-UAS solutions, Loitering Munition Systems, ground systems and related defense services from governmental and defense customers across multiple international markets. These June awards bring Ondas’ second-quarter-to-date order activity to more than $150 million, reflecting continued demand for integrated autonomous defense capabilities in Europe, the United States and other allied markets. Also highlighting Rotron Aerospace Ltd.’s SkyLance system, which recently completed a UK Ministry of Defence Project Brakestop trial focused on next-generation long-range strike. SkyLance is designed, developed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, reinforcing sovereign control over propulsion, platform and integration technologies while aligning with the broader shift toward integrated systems of systems that connect C-UAS, LMS, ISR, robotic platforms and AI-enabled command-and-control. https://lnkd.in/gv-zXbhz

Ondas has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cyberhawk™, a global leader in critical infrastructure intelligence, drone-based inspection and AI-enabled analytics for utility, energy and industrial operators. The combination brings a scaled inspection services business, the iHawk infrastructure intelligence platform and a large proprietary dataset into Ondas’ autonomous systems portfolio. This acquisition supports Ondas’ dual-use strategy across defense, security and critical infrastructure by unifying autonomous data collection, digital-twin visualization, asset intelligence and AI-driven decision support. At Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, Ondas is introducing new autonomous defense systems and integrated systems of systems under its “Autonomy at First Contact” vision. The architecture connects air defense, aerial intelligence, ground robotics, loitering mission systems, and AI-powered command software into one autonomous operational force. New systems on display include Iron Wave, Dual Shield, MODUS, Scout Cyber-over-RF, Iron Arrow, and LADOS, each addressing different layers of modern defense and security operations from mobile counter-UAS protection to long-range interception and multi-domain orchestration.
