Ondas’s Sentrycs | Counter-Drone Solutions Adapting at the Speed of Threats is collaborating with Lockheed Martin to bring its Cyber-over-RF counter-drone technology into the Sanctum C-UAS platform. The goal is to give operators another precise way to detect and safely control unauthorized drones as part of a layered defense approach. By working at the drone communication protocol level, Ondas’s Sentrycs helps identify, track, and guide unauthorized drones to a safe landing without jamming or kinetic engagement, reducing impact on nearby communications and infrastructure. Ondas has announced over $40 million in new June orders for autonomous defense systems, including Counter-UAS solutions, Loitering Munition Systems, ground systems and related defense services from governmental and defense customers across multiple international markets. These June awards bring Ondas’ second-quarter-to-date order activity to more than $150 million, reflecting continued demand for integrated autonomous defense capabilities in Europe, the United States and other allied markets. Also highlighting Rotron Aerospace Ltd.’s SkyLance system, which recently completed a UK Ministry of Defence Project Brakestop trial focused on next-generation long-range strike. Ondas has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cyberhawk™, a global leader in critical infrastructure intelligence, drone-based inspection and AI-enabled analytics for utility, energy and industrial operators. The combination brings a scaled inspection services business, the iHawk infrastructure intelligence platform and a large proprietary dataset into Ondas’ autonomous systems portfolio. This acquisition supports Ondas’ dual-use strategy across defense, security and critical infrastructure by unifying autonomous data collection, digital-twin visualization, asset intelligence and AI-driven decision support. At Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, Ondas is introducing new autonomous defense systems and integrated systems of systems under its “Autonomy at First Contact” vision. The architecture connects air defense, aerial intelligence, ground robotics, loitering mission systems, and AI-powered command software into one autonomous operational force. New systems on display include Iron Wave, Dual Shield, MODUS, Scout Cyber-over-RF, Iron Arrow, and LADOS, each addressing different layers of modern defense and security operations from mobile counter-UAS protection to long-range interception and multi-domain orchestration. Ondas is introducing LADOS, a Layered Autonomous Defense Operational C2 Layer that connects sensors, autonomous platforms, effectors, and command units into a unified operational environment. LADOS is designed as a systems of systems C2 layer that supports the full mission cycle, from sensing and decision support to orchestration, execution, and assessment. LADOS is part of Ondas’ broader multi-domain software architecture, which includes SkyWeaver, a Palantir-powered Agentic AI layer built for multi-domain mission autonomy and long-range ISR-to-assault missions. Ondas’ World View has been selected by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command / U.S. 4th Fleet and SMX as the high-altitude balloon provider for an operational Maritime Domain Awareness program in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility. The initial three‑month mission contract is valued at approximately $4.8 million and will deploy stratospheric balloon systems to support counter-narcotics and illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing missions across the Eastern Pacific and Caribbean. This program builds on World View’s successful support of UNITAS 2025 and aligns with SOUTHCOM’s expanded use of autonomous and unmanned systems in the region. By integrating persistent stratospheric sensing with Ondas’ broader autonomous systems portfolio and SMX’s cloud C5ISR solutions, the team is contributing to layered, multi-domain intelligence architectures for maritime security operations. https://lnkd.in/gXF2ivgJ
