Ondas has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cyberhawk™, a global leader in critical infrastructure intelligence, drone-based inspection and AI-enabled analytics for utility, energy and industrial operators. The combination brings a scaled inspection services business, the iHawk infrastructure intelligence platform and a large proprietary dataset into Ondas’ autonomous systems portfolio. This acquisition supports Ondas’ dual-use strategy across defense, security and critical infrastructure by unifying autonomous data collection, digital-twin visualization, asset intelligence and AI-driven decision support.
