Gnosoulla Tsioupra-Lewis, Chief People & Culture Officer, Arc

Gnosoulla has an extensive track record in shaping and delivering high-impact global people and culture strategies that unlock individual potential, strengthen teams, and drive business performance.

Gnosoulla joined Arc in February 2023 from The Economist Group, where she served as Chief Talent Officer. Previously, she held the roles of Chief People Officer at The Telegraph and Senior Vice President, Global HR at UBM plc. A qualified lawyer, Gnosoulla began her career at global law firm Baker McKenzie, specialising in employment law.

Beyond her executive career, Gnosoulla is a trustee of The Menopause Charity, which provides information, advice and support to women, healthcare professionals and employers on perimenopause and menopause. She has also served as both trustee and Chair of a UK charity supporting people experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence.
