Connections
Speck Eco Flex pumps can be connected to the Attendant using RS485 cables for full variable speed control.
Connect the A terminal from the pump terminal block to the D+ pin on your Bus Port.
Connect the B terminal from the pump terminal block to the D- pin on your Bus Port.
Configuration / Enabling RS-485
Menu Navigation
- LCD Display
- Speed preset buttons
- Scrolls through current pump status and selects setup menu points
- Sets parameters
- Changes speed and parameter values
- Motor stop button
Navigating the Configuration Menu
Press and hold the S button for 3 seconds to enter configuration mode.
Press the Info to navigate through menu options.
Use the Up/Down arrows to change parameters.
Press the S button to save settings and exit configuration mode.
Enable RS485 Control
- Press and hold the S button for 3 seconds to enter configuration mode.
- Press the Info button until you see the Ext. control configuration screen.
- Press the Up/Down arrows to select RS-485
- (Recommended) Disable Priming. Priming can be controlled via Attendant settings
- Press the Info button to navigate to Priming Time screen
- Use Up/Down arrows to disable priming.
- Press the S button to save settings and exit the menu.
