So I need new partners so please fill [ this form ] and sure I will let you to enter as designer in this new community.

If you enter as designer you couldn't post your icon in another site, this is not a icon posting community. Of course you could show teasers in icon posting communities but not the all bunch.

This community is to create a little gang of crazy icon makers, I hope that you understand the object of that ;)

Tutorial#3 Colouring

Tenemos esta base..su colorido es perfecto pero,
no se sale de lo normal..
y nosotros queremos darle un toque especial.

Para ello duplicamos la capa, y hacemos una capa
de relleno de color de #F0EEE8

La ponemos en exclusión, combinamos hacia abajo,
y entonces la primera capa
que hicimos ahora queda al descubierto..
poniéndola en luz suave y combinando
visibles se queda este efecto:

Esta muy apagado verdad, necesitamos darle color..

Vamos a darle otra capa de color esta vez de azul:

Mismo procedimiento de antes duplicamos capa,
y una capa de relleno
con el color que os enseño,
sólo que ahora en vez de exclusión
usamos sobreexposición lineal.
Combinamos hacia abajo, y ponemos en
luz suave la capa resultante.

Mucho mejor..sólo que ahora se
ve demasiado magenta, así que
utilizaremos corrección selectiva
para solucionarlo:

para ello usar esta combinación de corrección selectiva.

Corrección Selectiva

rojos -95 +45 +73 -6
amarillo +49 -60 +34 +37
neutros +20 -11 0 -13

Después de descargar el archivo
de correción selectiva
y aplicarlo, se os quedará el icon así:

Bien, yo no sé vosotros pero le
veo que hace falta jugar
un poco más con el verde,
el rojo,y el amarillo así que
de nuevo aplicamos corrección selectiva
corrección selectiva 2

rojos -62 +21 0 0
amarillo -100 0 +12 0
verdes 100 -100 -100 0
cianes +99 -96 -99 0
azules 100 -100 -100 0
neutros +20 -11 0 -13

y se nos queda así:

Ya para finalizar contarstamos un poco
el icon jugando con los niveles:

combinación de niveles a usar

Niveles
RGB Entrada 30 1,00 255

y duplicamos capa, aplicando curvas
estas,

Rojo Entrada 131 Salida 94
Verde Entrada 140 Salida 141
Azul Entrada 90 Salida 144

y poniendo la capa en luz suave al 17%

Combinamos visibles y voilá:

Ya tenemos el icon hecho...dudas aquí mismo.

We have this base..its colouring is perfect,
but ordinary..
so we want to give it a special touch.

Duplicate layer, and make a new colour layer #F0EEE8

We put this colour layer in exclusion,
and now we merge down
in this way, our first layer is over it
..put this one in soft light
and merge visible:

The colouring is too soft, really? we have to increase colours..

This time we make the same process,
but our colour layer will be of this colour:

So the same process:
Duplicate layer
New Colour layer #283793
but this time we put it in Linear Dodge.
Merge down, put in soft light and merge again.

Better, no?..just this time its
too magenta, so we'll use
selective colour to solve it:

download the selective colour file.

Now your icon will look like that:

Well, in my opinion we have
to play more with green, red and yellow
so again we'll use selective colour

To finish I want to contrast
a bit our icon.

For that I will use levels:

download levels file

and now, we duplicate layer using curves

download curves file,

Green In 140 Out 141
Blue In 90 Out 144

put this layer at 17% in soft light

Merge visibles and Voilá:

Bandwitdh exceeded & Special male bunch requests

crap!! Excedi la banda ancha de mi cuenta de photobucket..no se ve ni uno solo de mis icons..y encima tengo que esperar hasta el 26 para que me la devuelvan, por lo que pude entender en el mensaje que me mandaron, es la primera vez que me pasa..o sea que hasta el 26 no más icons.

Eso si comienza un nuevo período de peticiones, para una tanda especial de icons "solo chicos", pidan por esa boquita señoras ;)

crap!! I'd exceeded my photobucket account's bandwitdh..I can't see any of my icons..I have to wait to 26th of this month to recover my usual bandwitdh, it's the first time that something like that happened to me..until 26th I couldn't show you more icons :(

Hi, as I always said my sister has a gift, she is great in drawning and now we share that gift with everybody. She'd opened a gallery at zazzle one of the biggest t-shirt galleries online and very soon we'll start to publish t-shirts with funny cartoons of your different fandoms. At the moment you can find only a desing orignal by her. We accept request. You could see example of her cartoons in this journal and deby91 (the cartoons of the header are made by her) I hope you will like it!!

Hola de nuevo como siempre he dicho mi hermana tiene un don, es genial a la hora de hacer caricaturas, y tiras cómicas. Acaba de abrir una galería en Zazzle que es una de la mayores tiendas online y que admite nuevos creadores. Tenemos planeado (soy su manager he,he) publicar camisetas de todos los fandoms, nuestros y de los que nos pidais. Si no habeis visto sus caricaturas sólo teneis que pasaros por este icon journal o por deby91 para ver unos ejemplos en los headers de ambos journals, además ya teneis la camiseta de la Teoría de la Democracia a la venta.
