Pocket Pathologist provides efficient and affordable telecytology consultations through smartphone digital image capture. The app serves as a diagnostic tool for veterinarians to share microscopic photos and case information with a pathologist in order to obtain an expert opinion on in-house cytology cases. The Pocket Pathologist app allows the veterinarian to easily upload case information and cytology photos for a pathologist to review. Once the report is completed by the pathologist, the veterinarian can view and download it straight from the app.
