This session focuses on three high-impact LPM capabilities powered by AI: visualizing and optimizing value streams, predicting roadmap delivery, and predicting capacity. You’ll see how portfolio and delivery data can be translated into forecasts, scenarios, and confidence levels—so leaders can make funding and sequencing decisions faster, with clearer trade-offs and fewer surprises.
The session includes a hands-on demo showing how AI can generate a value-stream view, produce a roadmap forecast, and run capacity what-if scenarios using real world portfolio signals.
Takeaways:
• Value streams made actionable: how to organize around value and spot constraints and improvement opportunities using AI-supported insights.
• Capacity you can trust how AI helps forecast realistic capacity and test “what-if” options before committing
• Roadmaps with confidence: how AI predicts delivery windows and highlights risk drivers (dependencies and scope change) early.
