The Chapter holds a Breakfast Round Table focused upon the PMO Practice and Operations once a month. This round table group provides a general forum to discuss various issues, problems, and challenges related to organizing, operating and managing a PMO within any organization. The format is open, with round-robin topics decided by the attendees each month.

You’ll see how portfolio and delivery data can be translated into forecasts, scenarios, and confidence levels—so leaders can make funding and sequencing decisions faster, with clearer trade-offs and fewer surprises.
The session includes a hands-on demo showing how AI can generate a value-stream view, produce a roadmap forecast, and run capacity what-if scenarios using real world portfolio signals.

This is a facilitated round table discussion on agenda topics solicited from the attendees during introductions.
