As our Brisbane studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and evolve our BIM capability across the practice.
This is an opportunity for a highly capable technical leader to drive BIM excellence within a design-led studio environment—shaping standards, systems and workflows that support the delivery of high-quality architectural outcomes.

The Role
Working closely with studio leadership and project teams, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of BIM and Revit operations across the Brisbane studio.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading BIM strategy, standards and implementation across projects
- Managing and maintaining office-wide Autodesk Revit standards, templates and content libraries
- Driving BIM quality assurance and technical consistency across documentation outputs
-Supporting project teams in model management, coordination and technical problem-solving
- Streamlining workflows and improving project delivery efficiency
- Training, mentoring and upskilling staff across BIM and Revit best practice
- Working with leadership to continually evolve BIM processes across the practice
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in a BIM leadership or senior technical role within architecture
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow management
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation, detailing and project delivery
- Experience developing BIM standards, systems and QA processes
- Excellent technical problem-solving and coordination capability
- Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
