Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The PluginStack Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a 30% commission on every sale referred through their unique tracking link. Participation is subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Applications are reviewed manually and PluginStack reserves the right to approve or decline any application without explanation.

3. Commission & Payments

  • Commission rate: 30% of the net sale value
  • Cookie duration: 30 days from the click date
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50
  • Payment method: PayPal only
  • Payment schedule: Monthly, within the first week of each month
  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee window, the associated commission will be reversed. Commissions on chargebacks will also be reversed.

5. Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate you agree to:

  • Promote PluginStack honestly and accurately
  • Not use misleading, deceptive, or false claims in your promotions
  • Not bid on PluginStack brand keywords in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
  • Not spam email lists, forums, or communities with your affiliate link
  • Not create fake reviews or testimonials
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC guidelines and applicable laws

6. Termination

PluginStack reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the PluginStack brand. Any unpaid commissions under the $50 threshold will be forfeited upon termination for violation.

7. Modifications

PluginStack may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active affiliates of any significant changes via email.
