Make this plugin gutenberg-ready

Since Gutenberg decided to remove MediaElement.js from WP, this plugin here would be a really nice addition to WP.

But, while it still works using shortcodes, it needs some enhancements to make it work even better:

• Make gutenberg blocks like "MEJS audio" or "MEJS video" or if possible replace the audio and video blocks with that (or both?)
• Tweak the design of the players by default (width at 100% and other)
