 Deactivate Ultimate taxonomy manager or Ultimate Post type manager you are using and activate Ultimate CMS.Your data will be restored.
+= Do i need the API key to run this plugin =
+No currently the API functionality is under development. the plugin will be updated to provide more functionality. Till then you can use the plugin without API key.
