	13	IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS VERSION 1.3 INSTALLED: Version 1.3 has a major bug that will slowly grind your site to a halt until it is deactivated. Please deactivate and delete the plugin, then run one of the two solutions I posted in this thread http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-dashboard-site-notes-slowed-my-site-to-a-crawl?replies=12#post-2690354 and then re-install the latest version. The bug applies only to version 1.3 (1.3.0) and does not affect any prior or current versions.

13	15	Add notes as admin notices in contextual help tabs, as well as compile them into an instruction manual or placed in a dashboard widget.
