    13 NED interferer lets you place an interferer, meaning an image linked to an url just somewhere within your blog. The interferer will be overlayed to anything below.

     15This plugin does not need any theme modifications as it overlays the interferer onto your side. The interferer image can be uploaded directly to the wordpress media library within the plugin admin interface. Optionally any already uploaded image can be selected from the media library.

    17 1. Upload `ned_stoerer` folder to your WP plugin folder `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
    18 2. The path must look like this: `/wp-content/plugins/ned_stoerer/`
    19 3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
    20 4. To make changes, go to Settings, NED interferer.
     19Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
