 Orders are synced from WooCommerce to the ERP/CRM so that every time a customer places an order, it is sent to your ERP for proper order and invoice management.
+= What happens when a product already exists in WooCommerce? =
+If the product already exists in WooCommerce, it will be updated with the new data from the ERP/CRM. It does not update marketing information like description, title, url, slug, etc. but it will update the product data like price, stock, etc.
+Products are matched by SKU. If the SKU is the same, the product will be updated. If the SKU is not the same, the product will be created as a new product.
