Fix blueprint.json location - move to assets/blueprints/ subdirectory

WordPress.org requires blueprint.json to be in assets/blueprints/ directory, not assets/ root.

This fixes the 'Missing or invalid blueprint.json file' error in the plugin's Advanced settings.
