Fix documentation: Correct GitHub link in readme.txt (trunk and tag 3.2.0)

Fixed:

  • Username capitalization (Chrmrtns -> chrmrtns)

Updated in both trunk and tag 3.2.0 for consistency.
README.md on GitHub now contains complete changelog history (v3.2.0 to v1.0)
