    15 Allow customers to check their device status during repairs.  Fields that can be added:

     15Device status tracker was built to help you ticket manage and update your clients on all their orders!
     16Once an order is placed in the system, your customer will receive a email with a live link to check for updates. 
     17Each time the ticket is updated the customer will receive an email that the status has changed.
     18In the Pro-Version, you are able to customize the emails and have your customization's stored for re-use.
     19Device type customization and order notes are also available in the Pro-Version.
