     55Troubleshooting
5656In the event there are errors with sending an orders information to the Midwest Logistics CRM they will be viewable in the Orders With Errors. You can find this section by clicking the Midwest Logistics plugin link on the admin side nav or hovering your mouse and then clicking the sub section. This section will house any and all orders that have an error and have not been sent to Midwest Logistics for fulfillment. Most errors are due to the SKU being entered wrong or the product does not exist in the Midwest Logistics CRM. Once the problem is remedied you can easily resubmit all orders from this same section. Further troubleshooting can be completed by using the communication log section with a specific Order ID or Product ID.
