In order to add a Project, you must first have an "Active" user with the role of "Customer" to assign that project to. A Project requires at least a title and a customer to be added. In the same fashion, after you have added a Project and now want to add a task, you must have an Active user with the role of Employee or Administrator to assign a task to when adding one. A task requires at least the title and an assignee to be added.
