    27 This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

    31 1. Install the plugin through your backend by logging in and upload it
    32 1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
    33 1. Now go to `www.techstacksolutions.com` and sign up for product `T2MChat`
    34 1. Once you select the service, next step is to create an account on the website
    35 1. Subsequent to creating an account, the next step is create a company.
    36 1. Once you've created a company on the site, select your billing plan
    37 1. Subscribe and pay on Paypal.
    38 1. Once payment is done, you're routed back to the site and presented with a page with your `Client Id`, `Client Secet` and `Service Name`

    40 1. Now enter your `Client Id`, `Client Secret` and `Service Name` from the previous step. Once that is done, you can now go to the `Administration` submenu.
    41 1. Now while on the *Administration* submenu, you can now create `chat categories` and then under `User Category` tab, assigned wordpress users to the chat categories you created
