    110     The plugin requires Gravity Forms to be installed, and the ability to communicate with our PDF Library on our servers.  In the paid version you can optionally define your own PDF library.
     110    All support request must be made on our site at https://gravity2pdf.com/support we cannot offer support via the forums, facebook, youtube, phone or any other method.  We typically reply to tickets created on our site in 24hr m-f.
