    31 1. Upload `wp-chatio-live-chat-software-for-wordpress` directory to Wordpress plugins directory (`/wp-content/plugins/`).
     311. Upload `chatio` directory to Wordpress plugins directory (`/wp-content/plugins/`).
    32322. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
    33333. Click the 'chat.io' menu on the left.
