It requires the Formidable Pro Plugin to be installed and activated before installation. I am not affiliated with Formidable Pro or Strategy11. This is an independent plugin. I made it for the Pro version of Formidable instead of the free version because ~~I think Formidable is an amazing plugin and I think people should buy~~ it if they're doing anything fancy with it.
