We measure applicants against our 5 Junior Sales Dimensions through a group session and 1:1 interview

Prepare

We help reps craft their career vision with 1:1 career coaching, train them in sales skills and cultivate the mindset to be hungry from day one

Hire

We shortlist reps for tailored intros within 24-48 hours, and help you schedule interviews and track candidate sentiment

Onboard

We train reps in sales skills once they start, and give them access to sales resources, events and on-demand coaching

As part of the Earlywork hiring experience, you can review a curated shortlist of reps from our graduate program.

Why do we do this? From working with 100+ employers we’ve found that the traditional resume format did not help employers filter for the right attributes when hiring for sales roles.

As an alternative, we’ve developed the Earlywork Rep Profile as a richer, more comprehensive asset to effectively screen the right talent for your business.

For a lot of companies, having the Earlywork Rep Profile has been able to replace the screening call step in the interview process
